The former ORF broadcasting house on Argentinierstrasse, an industrial monument of the 1930s. NEST advised on phase zero and the pioneer phase, from March to December 2025.

A listed textile industry site of F.M. Hämmerle Holding AG covering 70,610 sqm. Since December 2025 NEST has been running a pioneer phase on around 1,000 sqm in hall 1 and the former administration wing.
