NEST took on site analysis, research and concept, organisation of the fit-out, and the placement and coordination of users. The premises were and are filled with young start-ups and developed into a high-tech cluster. A high-quality fit-out with a print station, projector, controlled ventilation and underfloor heating makes the desks immediately usable. The basement offers a spacious, bright and representative co-working area, separate offices for start-ups, a meeting room and a shared lounge.
