In a former insurance building on Tautenhayngasse, offices were adapted for co-working and artists’ studios — around 750 sqm, 2014 to 2019.
Users (selection): Akitonixin, CL.AC., Dariadaria, felix lomox, Heinz Seidenbusch, I make games, ICAN Austria, Judith Reßler, kokosch KG, Magdalena Wolf, Meeow artists’ agency, Michael Kofler photography, werbeagentur meta-physik e.U. — 22 studios or offices and 1 co-working space, around 60 people.
The small-scale rooms across three floors offer space to work and connect for start-ups, artists and creatives. Dedicated rooms allow focused work; glass fronts to the corridor on the middle floor create visual connections and stimulate the local art scene. A utility room was converted into a kitchen for coffee and cooking together. Under the motto “Friday is Highday”, a networking meeting brings the house community together every week.
