The former Theater am Auersperg in the basement serves all residents as an event venue with its own bar, the PINK FLAMINGO. Some rooms were converted into a shared kitchen with a lounge area and a meeting room freely available to everyone in the house. Creatives from different fields thus find ideal conditions to develop professionally and connect.

    In a former insurance building on Tautenhayngasse, offices were adapted for co-working and artists’ studios — around 750 sqm, 2014 to 2019.

    A pop-up market with makers and DIYs in two editions: in December 2014 in the Marktgasse (Vienna 9), in June 2015 in the vacant bank branch at Alserbachstrasse 11.
