1. 2015 – 2018

   CREAU

   Vienna-Krieau

   Former stable buildings on roughly one hectare near the Prater: NEST developed and ran the pioneer use focused on craft, culture and catering.

   ZUGVOGEL

   Vienna
3. 2018 – 2023

   Villa Müller

   Ardetzenberg, Feldkirch (A)

   A single-family house on the Ardetzenberg as coworking space, seminar venue, event venue and residence, 2018 to 2023. NEST developed and ran the pioneer use.

4. 2025

   Funkhaus Wien

   Argentinierstrasse, 1040 Vienna

   The former ORF broadcasting house on Argentinierstrasse, an industrial monument of the 1930s. NEST advised on phase zero and the pioneer phase, from March to December 2025.

5. 2025

   Spinnerei Feldkirch-Gisingen

   Gisingen, Feldkirch (A)

   A listed textile industry site of F.M. Hämmerle Holding AG covering 70,610 sqm. Since December 2025 NEST has been running a pioneer phase on around 1,000 sqm in hall 1 and the former administration wing.
