1. 2014 – 2019

   PopUpStudios

   Tautenhayngasse 22, 1150 Vienna

   In a former insurance building on Tautenhayngasse, offices were adapted for co-working and artists’ studios — around 750 sqm, 2014 to 2019.

2. 2015

   MARKT8

   Marktgasse 8-10, 1090 Vienna

   After a long vacancy, the owner commissioned NEST with the planning and development of a shared office with co-working space across 245 sqm.
