   A use strategy for the historic halls of Nordwestbahnhof: feasibility, demand and a viable mix of gastronomy, culture, sport, education and offices, developed in 2017 with local actors from the PROPS association.

   Remise Wolfganggasse

   Wolfganggasse, 1120 Vienna

   A submission to the two-stage tender for the reuse of the former Remise Wolfganggasse: a use concept for culture, gastronomy, sport, small-scale trades and offices that opens the hall step by step in a pioneer and a settler phase.

   Sargfabrik Atzgersdorf

   Gastgebgasse, 1230 Vienna

   The reuse of the former Sargfabrik in Atzgersdorf as a “Creative Complex”: culture, workshops, production, music studios and gastronomy under one roof. NEST supported Soravia in 2017/18 with use research and a two-day workshop within the tender process.

   A conceptual study for the ground floors of Freiham Nord: how non-residential uses can bring a new urban quarter to life — written as a handbook with action packages for urban planning and neighbourhood management.
