   Initiation, management and documentation of a process-oriented interim use in a (semi-)vacant Vienna tenement before its plinth renovation, 2012 to 2013.

   SALONFÄHIG

   Marktgasse 8-10, 1090 Vienna

   A pop-up market with makers and DIYs in two editions: in December 2014 in the Marktgasse (Vienna 9), in June 2015 in the vacant bank branch at Alserbachstrasse 11.

   Former offices of the Institute for Gender and Diversity at WU Vienna, converted into a 121.87 sqm shared office. Recorded in the legacy material as “NEST #1”.

   BANKÜBERFALL

   Alserbachstrasse 11, 1090 Vienna

   A cooperation between CONWERT and the vacancy management agency NEST breathed new life into the “old” walls of a vacant bank branch in Vienna’s Alsergrund.

   A completely vacant bank building in a prime location on the Ring becomes a melting pot of the creative industries — around 2,000 sqm, 2016.
